ひな祭りレシピ：「アンパンマンのちらし寿司」Anpanman Chirashi Sushi Recipe

今年のひな祭りはアンパンマンが好きな二人に、「キャラちらし」に挑戦！
三目ちらし寿司を作りアンパンマンを形成、鮭、イクラ、とびっこ、椎茸など各材料で作­りました。
三目寿司は、子供も食べれるように甘酢で仕上げています(^―^)

The mom cooked “Chirashi-zushi of Anpan-Man” on the Hinamatsuri(Doll’s Festival)
A mom challenges the chirashi-zushi of the character to the Hinamatsuri(Doll’s Festival) of this year for them whom Anpan-Man likes.
Mom make a “Sanmoku chirashizushi(sushi rice was added to the three kinds of materials)” and form Anpan-Man.
Salmon, salmon roe, Tobikko (Processed flying fish roe), the material used for decoration, such as shiitake.
Sanmoku-zushi is finished with “amazu(sweet vinegar) ” to suit children.
