Late Night Chef (Halloween Edition) – Minestrone　/　深夜シェフ　・　ミネストローネ

This ninja likes soup. I make a pretty simple minestrone in this video. It’s very loosely Halloween themed.

Recipe comes from Japanese cookbook 世界の野菜レシピ。or “Vegetable Recipes from Around the World”. It’s available in Japanese only, but hopefully if you want to make this, the video shows you enough detail.

This took only about an hour to make, including filming and prep time. Pretty tasty, though I recommend liberal amounts of salt and pepper.
