Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream (No Churn Recipe) ブルーベリーチーズケーキアイスクリームはいか

2 cups heavy cream(whipped cream)
1 14-oz can condensed milk
1/2 cup cream cheese softened
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/3 cup granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
5-6 graham crackers or other cookies

Combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Set aside and cool. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add condensed milk and mix until incorporated. Add cream cheese and mix one more time until smooth in consistency. Pour half the mixture into air-tight container. Add half the blueberry compote on top and swirl. Break your graham crackers or cookies on top. Add the rest of your cream, blueberry compote and finally your crackers on the top. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
