
How to make Hanami Dango 花見団子の作り方
Hanami Dango has three colors, Hanami dango is traditionally made during Sakura-viewing season. From the end of March to early May, sakura bloom all over Japan.
Hanami means “flower viewing”; hana meaning “flower”, and mi meaning “to see”. “flower” in this case almost always meaning cherry blossoms(Sakura) .
Usually it’s pink (sakura color), white (Rice wine color), and green (Yomogi leaf color). It’s reminiscent of spring. But in this video, I would say, Orange (sun), White (atmos), Green (earth or ground). What is yours?

: 200g dango flour
: 140ml water
: 1 spinatch
