California roll (vegan) ☆ カリフォルニアロールの作り方

in this video, I didn’t make sushi rice(vinegared rice).

sushi rice recipe is like this.

1 cup cooked rice(rice 150g plus 170g water)

sushi vinegar
rice vinegar 25g
sweetener 5g
salt 2g

mix the sushi rice ingredients and pour it into cooked rice.
