These brownies are the chewy, fudgy kind of brownie, which is my absolute FAVOURITE! Shaping them into briefcases is so easy and they’re sure to put a smile on your dad’s face! If you’re a fan of brownies filled with nuts or dried fruit, you can add about 1/2 cup when you’re adding the mini chocolate chips!
